Andy spent all day yesterday out at the site....fascinated watching the dozers....I think he has a new career plan.....lol. After everyone left, he went out and continued clearing the brush into the piles that will be removed. Whatever floats his boat! lol
We broke ground in early December in 1987. It was one of the most exciting times of our lives. People told us that divorce rate is highest during a house build. We loved it. I kept a diary of every visit to the lot and every phone call and every choice along the way. It not only helped us, but our builder came to rely on it when his assistant failed to order some of our choices and for another house project. He fired the assistant immediately after checking with Beckie's House Diary! Pictures are great of course, but documented with words is even better. Good luck with the progress and the weather!
