Face Scrubbie

I finally got my crocheting bug back and decided to make a quick project....

Face Scrubbies!

I got permission from the designer, Lesley Dietschy,  to post the FREE Flower Scrubbie Pattern I used -

Free Pattern Here

Here are the photos....I decided to make coordinating scrubbies....and oddly, although I am a "loose crocheter", no matter what I did, I could not get one that was the described "4 inches across"....the first one I made was too small, the next two I tried to crochet as loose as I could..and although they got bigger, none ended up 4 inches. Ah well....lol

I may be joining THESE parties!

Edit:  I forgot to add what yarn I used:  Lily Sugar 'n Cream cotton yarn in Green Twists and Sage Green.

  17. These look great! I made something similar a while back - when I started using them, I'd throw them in the garbage out of habit, and then would have to dig them out! lol

  19. Oh! I just love these. What about using a jute type material for more of a "pot scrubber" scrubbie?! Can't wait to make some.

  22. Great pictures! Thanks for listing the yarn type at the end - I'm going to have to try that. I'm taking my crochet on the plane this weekend to finish some stuff. I have to drop in again because you don't see a lot of blogs devoted to crochet.
